Our Non Profit Charity Company strives to transform tragedy faced by needy moms with babies into triumph by empowering moms on street, baby homes, babies in hospitals and babies behind bars to overcome adversity by donating and distributing baby essentials to give them a better quality of life.

How we started.

My Nonprofit Charity Company “Little Favoured Ones” started when a friend approached me and didn’t have an idea of what to do with her baby goods.
At the time I was a kangaroo mom (Safety parent for Procare Adoption Agency) and felt the need to start exploring into how to help other moms in need.
I received donations from moms in the church and friends, I was prompted to donate to a baby home in Wellington, and gave to unprivileged moms with babies in rural areas.
 
More mothers donated their baby goods and not long after, I could add Baby Safety Homes, Hospitals and now also mothers in need all over South Africa on our data base.
We started a Facebook page as some of the donating mothers prefer to see where their gifts are heading.
 
I linked up with a small company “Hands of Hope”, and we applied for a Non-Profit Company registration in order to increase our territory for donation requests from various baby companies and individuals.
 
Our Company name changed to “Hands of Hope 4 Little Favoured Ones”. We have ladies all over South Africa assisting in Sewing / Knitting and Crocheting Baby Handmade goods to distribute.

We supply Baby Goods to moms in Hospitals, Safety Homes, Prison moms & moms on street, or unprivileged babies in rural area’s. At the moment woman all over South Africa is assisting with Hand made Premature / Newborn baby goods & donating towards our “Winter Baby Project” each year.

We would like to involve Old Age Homes / Schools with yarn or fabric in order to assist in our noble cause. We distribute Baby Kangaroo Material Wraps to various hospitals as our “Kangaroo Drive”.

We ask individuals / businesses to get involve and assist with Sponsorships to make an even greater, more positive difference in our babies in South Africa.
